Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on January 3 demanded enhancing inter-regional, national, and international connectivity in culture, sports, and tourism.

The Resolution of the 22nd Congress of the Party Organisation of Ninh Binh province for the 2020-2025 tenure has defined three breakthroughs, one of which is to mobilise all resources for the development of socio-economic infrastructure, especially modern and synchronic transport infrastructure for inner-regional and inter-regional connectivity.

As the historical-cultural cradle of Vietnam, the Red River Delta boasts a range of important scenic spots and growing potential, requiring greater inter-regional cooperation to reach sustainable development goals.

New opportunities and challenges in socio-economic development require Ninh Binh to continue improving transport infrastructure, thus, right at the beginning of the 2020-2025 tenure, it has actively implemented a series of key projects in a bid to complete transport infrastructure for inter-regional connectivity, opening up new opportunities to further develop and attracting investment in the short and long terms.

The Resolution of the 22nd Congress of the Party Organisation of Ninh Binh province for the 2020-2025 tenure set a goal of "Gradually improving synchronic infrastructure, building a modern urban system". To realise the resolution, numerous projects in the transport sector have been carried out by Ninh Binh in an attempt to build a synchronic infrastructure system with the target of boosting regional and inter-regional connectivity, thus creating momentum for the province's social-economic development.

To make the most of the domestic market in the current climate, localities nationwide have been developing new tourism-related products and services and improving inter-regional connectivity to better suit the taste of Vietnamese travellers.
